What's the difference between clearance and overstock at Francis Retail?
Our "clearance" section is items we need to move fast — usually because the next truckload is coming and we need floor space. Those pieces are already discounted further below our normal liquidation price. "Overstock" is brand-new surplus from retailers. Clearance items can be any condition grade; overstock is always brand-new sealed.
What's your return policy on warehouse?
Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on warehouse — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies. (3) As-Is / For Parts items are final sale (always disclosed on the product page). Full policy at francisretail.com/returns.
What brands of warehouse do you carry?
Every piece of warehouse comes from a name-brand manufacturer supplying Costco, Amazon, Signature Hardware, or similar. We don't sell private-label knockoffs. The sticker on the box is the same one you'd find if you drove to a Costco warehouse — we just cut out the retailer margin.
Do you install warehouse at my Malibu address?
Yes. For warehouse that needs assembly — bed frames, dining tables, gazebos, sheds, patio sets — we offer a Delivery + Installation option at checkout. Our 2-person crew delivers the piece to your Malibu address and assembles it in place. Price depends on complexity; the quote is shown at checkout.
