Plan on about 2 weeks from order placement to a scheduled delivery window at your Charlotte address: 1-2 business days of warehouse handling, 2,380 miles of LTL freight transit (6 business days), plus a carrier-scheduled appointment window. We do not currently collect North Carolina sales tax on clearance orders shipped to Charlotte. Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Charlotte delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your NC address and scheduling.

Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box clearance: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Charlotte delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election).
