Do you do sectionals pickup or delivery on weekends?
Saturday works for both pickup and delivery to City Terrace. Our warehouse is open Saturdays 10AM-4PM, and Saturday delivery windows appear at checkout when the crew has them open. Sunday we're closed — no pickups, no deliveries.
What's your return policy on sectionals?
Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on sectionals — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies. Do you install sectionals at my City Terrace address?
Yes, professional installation is available for most sectionals. The crew brings tools, hardware, and assembly skill, and installs during the same visit as the City Terrace delivery. Pick "Delivery + Installation" during checkout — the upcharge is shown before you pay.
What's the sales tax on sectionals delivered to City Terrace?
