What brands of rugs do you carry?
Every piece of rugs comes from a name-brand manufacturer supplying Costco, Amazon, Signature Hardware, or similar. We don't sell private-label knockoffs. The sticker on the box is the same one you'd find if you drove to a Costco warehouse — we just cut out the retailer margin.
Is Francis Retail a legitimate place to buy rugs?
Francis Retail is a real, brick-and-mortar business. Our warehouse is open to the public six days a week at 13544 Imperial Highway in Santa Fe Springs. Drive in from Avalon (it's 60 minutes), meet the team, inspect the rugs in person. Our reviews are public on our Google Business Profile.
Is there enough parking at the warehouse to pick up rugs?
Yes. We have a large lot at 13544 Imperial Highway with room for pickup trucks, SUVs, and rental trucks. The loading area is around the back of the building. Pull up, let our team know which rugs order you're picking up, and we'll help you load it safely.
