How does your reservation deposit system work for patio?
Our reservation system lets you put down a small deposit (typically 10-20%) to hold patio for 24 hours. It lets you lock a piece while you arrange transport from Pasadena or finalize a decision. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price when you complete the order; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs — or, at your option, issued in full as store credit.
Is your outdoor wicker real or synthetic?
PE resin wicker, which is synthetic but visually identical to natural rattan. UV-stable and weatherproof, rated for years of outdoor use in Pasadena's climate. The wicker wraps a rust-resistant aluminum or powder-coated steel frame. Listings confirm PE construction.
Can you hold a piece of patio for me until I get to the warehouse from Pasadena?
Yes. We can hold a piece of patio with a deposit — a reservation-style hold for up to 24 hours while you arrange transport from Pasadena or inspect in person. Does patio come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation patio — check the listing for your specific unit. What we do cover: any undisclosed damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery — email [email protected] with photos, and we resolve it at our election (replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund) at no cost to you.
