French Valley is about 60 minutes each way from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse. A self-pickup works even for larger open box if you bring a truck or rental — our team helps load. French Valley is outside our 50-mile crew delivery area, so pickup or freight shipping are the options.

What's your return policy on open box?
Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on open box — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies. How does your reservation deposit system work for open box?
Our reservation system lets you put down a small deposit (typically 10-20%) to hold open box for 24 hours. It lets you lock a piece while you arrange transport from French Valley or finalize a decision. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price when you complete the order; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs — or, at your option, issued in full as store credit.
