What's the best time to drive from Calimesa to pick up lighting?

Our warehouse is off the 5 freeway near the 605 interchange — one of the easiest freeway junctions in LA. From Calimesa, allow about 58 minutes in normal traffic. Early morning (before 8AM) or mid-afternoon (between 1-3PM) are the fastest windows. Avoid the 5PM rush if you're hauling lighting back yourself.

Can your crew haul away old lighting when they deliver to Calimesa?

Haul-away only happens alongside our own crew delivery, which covers addresses within 50 miles of Santa Fe Springs. Calimesa is about 52 miles away, outside that area, so we can't offer it there.

Can you hold a piece of lighting for me until I get to the warehouse from Calimesa?

Yes. We can hold a piece of lighting with a deposit — a reservation-style hold for up to 24 hours while you arrange transport from Calimesa or inspect in person. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs (or taken in full as store credit, your option). Without a deposit, we can't lock inventory; liquidation stock moves too fast.

The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price when you complete the order; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs — or, at your option, issued in full as store credit.

What bulb types do your fixtures use?

It varies by fixture. Pendants and chandeliers typically use E26 or E12 sockets that take LED, halogen, or incandescent. Integrated-LED flush mounts and pendants come with the LED built in — no bulb to replace. For Calimesa homes trying to cut utility bills, integrated LED is the cheaper long-term play.

Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to returns@francisretail.com; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on lighting — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies.
