Open-box and graded appliances are bench-tested at our warehouse before they go on the floor. Sealed Brand-New appliances aren't tested — we can't re-seal them. If you're buying open-box, the unit has been plugged in, run through its functions, and confirmed working. If you pick up in person, you can test it again at the warehouse before leaving.
What payment methods can I use for appliances?
Every major card plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App, and Link. Cash and Zelle are fine for in-warehouse appliances purchases. We also support Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm for installment plans.
Can I order appliances over the phone for San Fernando delivery?
