Do your kitchen appliances come with manufacturer warranties?
Sealed brand-new appliances: the original manufacturer warranty may apply when you register — check the listing, since manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation stock. Open-box and graded appliances: no manufacturer warranty, but we cover undisclosed damage or defects for 48 hours post-delivery — email [email protected] with photos and we resolve it at our election. The listing spells out the exact condition.
Can I pick up appliances at your warehouse instead of paying for delivery?
Yes — free warehouse pickup is available every day except Sunday. We're at 13544 Imperial Highway in Santa Fe Springs, roughly 60 minutes from Homeland. Weekday hours are 9-5, Saturday is 10-4. Bring a truck or an SUV for larger appliances items; we'll help load.
Can you hold a piece of appliances for me until I get to the warehouse from Homeland?
Yes. We can hold a piece of appliances with a deposit — a reservation-style hold for up to 24 hours while you arrange transport from Homeland or inspect in person. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs (or taken in full as store credit, your option). Without a deposit, we can't lock inventory; liquidation stock moves too fast.
