Yes. Our warehouse at 13544 Imperial Highway, Ste B in Santa Fe Springs is open Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM. From Cypress, it's about a 18-minute drive. Pickup is free — just bring your order confirmation, or walk in and shop the floor directly. Sunday we're closed.
Can I get more photos of the appliances before ordering?
Every appliances listing has multiple photos — typically front, back, sides, corners, any hardware, and close-ups of any condition issues. Photos are shot under warehouse lighting, not retouched. What do the condition grades mean for appliances?
We grade on a clear scale: Brand New, New – Damaged Box, In Box Like New, Open Box (New / Like New / Good / Fair), Refurbished, Used, and As-Is / For Parts. Most appliances in our warehouse falls into an Open Box tier — basically new with imperfect packaging or a small cosmetic issue. We photograph every flaw so you see what you're getting before you pay.
What exactly is "open box"?
Open-box = someone opened the box; the product may or may not have been used. Most open-box items are untouched inside or used for a few minutes. Because the retailer can't re-seal it, they mark it down and liquidate. That's how effectively-new products end up at a deep discount.
