Can you hold a piece of appliances for me until I get to the warehouse from Bell?
Yes. We can hold a piece of appliances with a deposit — a reservation-style hold for up to 24 hours while you arrange transport from Bell or inspect in person. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs (or taken in full as store credit, your option). Without a deposit, we can't lock inventory; liquidation stock moves too fast.
Can I get more photos of the appliances before ordering?
Every appliances listing has multiple photos — typically front, back, sides, corners, any hardware, and close-ups of any condition issues. Photos are shot under warehouse lighting, not retouched. If you're in Bell and want more angles, call (562) 568-8883 and we can take additional shots and text them over.
What exactly is "open box"?
The box was opened, the seal is broken, and the product is sold at a discount. Usually the product inside is brand-new — the buyer changed their mind, or the store display had its packaging opened. Rarely used. We inspect every open-box item before listing.
How does your reservation deposit system work for appliances?
Our reservation system lets you put down a small deposit (typically 10-20%) to hold appliances for 24 hours. It lets you lock a piece while you arrange transport from Bell or finalize a decision. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price when you complete the order; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs — or, at your option, issued in full as store credit.
What do the condition grades mean for appliances?
We grade on a clear scale: Brand New, New – Damaged Box, In Box Like New, Open Box (New / Like New / Good / Fair), Refurbished, Used, and As-Is / For Parts. Most appliances in our warehouse falls into an Open Box tier — basically new with imperfect packaging or a small cosmetic issue. We photograph every flaw so you see what you're getting before you pay.
Does appliances come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation appliances — check the listing for your specific unit. What we do cover: any undisclosed damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery — email [email protected] with photos, and we resolve it at our election (replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund) at no cost to you.
