Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Full Time) - $18-$22/hr

Francis Retail is a fast-growing furniture and home goods liquidation company. We buy overstock and closeouts and sell them online and locally at deep discounts. We're hiring a full-time warehouse associate who can also handle local deliveries in our company van.

What You'll Do

Load, unload, and move furniture and home goods (patio sets, gazebos, ceramics, and more) Pick, pack, and prep online orders for shipment (eBay, Amazon, our website) Make local deliveries and customer pickups in the company cargo van Receive inbound freight, break down pallets, and organize warehouse inventory Do light assembly, inspection, and touch-up of furniture items Help local customers with pickups and loading

What We're Looking For

Valid California Class C driver's license with a clean driving record (DMV printout required at interview). No CDL or Class A required, just a regular license. 21 or older (required for commercial van insurance) Able to safely lift 50+ lbs regularly and be on your feet all day Comfortable driving a large cargo van (Ram ProMaster) in LA traffic Reliable, on time, and able to work independently Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus, not required Experience with furniture delivery, moving, or warehouse work a plus

Pay and Schedule

$18-$22 per hour depending on experience Full time, Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays Paid weekly/biweekly Room to grow as the company scales - we promote from within
